Votigno

The Tibet House

Founded in March 1990 under the auspices of Dalai Lama, the Tibet House of Votigno di Canossa is an International Cultural Center situated in the homonymous medieval village on the gentle hills of Reggio, at a few kilometers from the Castle of Canossa, the place where the historical "1077 Mediation" between Papacy and Emperor was carried out by Countess Matilde.
