Riva dell'Enza

The Middle and Upper Enza Valley is one of the most beautiful valleys of the Apennines in Emilia.
The environment combines its highlights with its remarkable monumental heritage, mainly linked to the memory of Matilde di Canossa.
The heritage of the ancient villages is very rich, with traditional stone houses. After the charming clayey gullies of Canossa, the environment becomes greener as we get closer to the Scotch Pine woods in Tassobbio Valley (below Crovara and Logoreccio).
